Report: Viceroy Icon Brickell Becoming A W Hotel On June 1 – The Next Miami

I stayed at this hotel from 25th to 27th of February, 2020, with my family. I have nothing but positive words for this place. The property is beautiful, with a sprawling lawn, a garden, swings, a swimming pool, cabanas and a very nice reception. The atmosphere is light and wholesome - you will not feel unsafe for even a moment. We stayed in two sea view rooms. The rooms were spacious, with large double beds, a comfortable settee, tv, and a wardrobe and dressing unit. The balcony opened to the sea and we spent hours watching the waves during daytime, and listening to the sound of the sea at night. The bathrooms were spotless and the staff supplied all necessary amenities like clean towels, soap, shampoo and moisturiser. The staff was courteous and very helpful, especially Mr. Ashish Karmakar. The staff at the reception also provided us a warm welcome. The food was okay and the price was average. We had booked a complimentary breakfast plan and found the buffet menu to be adequate and satisfactory.

W Hotel Miami Brickell's iconic Viceroy Miami is set to become a W hotel following a $64. 5 million sale finalized.
